Netweb Technologies India Ltd. has announced public offering of 12620000 shares at a price of Rs 2.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 498.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 63,100.00 lakhs.

The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 17 July 2023 and is expected to close on 19 July 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 475.00-500.00 per share.

The IPO includes a fresh Issue of 12620000 Equity Shares of the Company at an price of Rs 500.00 per Equity Share. The company has fixed the minimum bid lot for the issue at 30 shares with bids in multiples of 30.

Netweb Technologies India Ltd. anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for i Civil construction of the building for the surface mount technology (SMT) line and interior development; andii Purchase of equipment/machineries for the new SMT production line (SMT Line); (collectively, Capital Expenditure) Funding the long term working capital requirement Repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of certain of the outstanding borrowings General corporate purposes.
