INTRODUCTION

At LBPL, we are committed to protecting your privacy (personal and financial information) in accordance with Indian laws or the professional ethics permits. This Privacy Policy describes our current policies and practices in relation to the handling and use of personal information. The information is provided when you open the broking/trading and /or Demat account or register with us to receive certain services or products of LBPL, such as online share trading etc.

PURPOSE & COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We provide any/all information that the regulatory body either ask for in form of mandatory & non-mandatory submission. On some pages we provide a form for you to enter your details so we can contact you back or to process further for providing the services, where we ask for your name, email address, PAN, contact number and your location etc in order to respond to your enquiry. We give you the option in order to improve our response to you. We also use your information to send you requested product information and promotional material and to enable us to manage your ongoing requirements and our relationship with you. We may occasionally notify you about new services and special offers, events or articles we think will be of interest to you. We may send you regular updates by email or by post on related matters.   • Where in for business perspective, it is necessary or compulsory to disclose your personal information to our associated person, employees, agents and contractors, or to their subcontractors. However, these parties would be required to use the information for such use exclusively.
  • With entities from time to time as LBPL feel deemed to share.

We may need to provide your information to our related entities or intermediaries connected to us in addition to regulators. However, we will do our best to ensure that they protect your information in the same way that we do but further don’t provide the guarantee for the same.

Upon receipt of your written request and enough information to allow us to identify the information, we will disclose to you the personal information we hold about you. We will also correct, amend or delete any personal information that we agree is inaccurate

Online Payments

The online payment system is provided by MERCHANT. MERCHANT may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for MERCHANT is India.

    • The description of services of match making are specific to your need, when you log in with your unique password. Normally payment is required in advance (i.e. before you commence your activity).

    • Your payment will normally reach the MERCHANT account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
    • We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct MERCHANT account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
    • If the card supplier declines payment the MERCHANT is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
    • In no event will the MERCHANT be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Refund Policy
    • If the Customer leaves the MERCHANT before they complete their service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
    • Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the MERCHANT to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
