Benchmark Indian equity indices continued to trade higher session in positive territory, tracking strength in global peers.

At 14:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 81630.85 up by 324 points or by 0.4 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24976.15 up by 106.05 points or by 0.43 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 81799.06 and intraday low of 81364.86 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 25021.55 and intraday low of 24894.35
