Institutional holds 13.17% (Insurance Companies 4.74%) and Non-Institutional holds 22.13% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of MOIL company are President Of India (1085.53 lakhs shares / 53.35%), Governor Of Maharashtra (121.32 lakhs shares / 5.96%) and Governor Of Madhya Pradesh (109.39 lakhs shares / 5.38%).
