The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1243.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 56.25 per cent at Rs 105.56 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 67.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.14 per cent to Rs 89.99 crore from Rs 65.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 54.76 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 702.58 per cent to Rs 15.57 crore as against Rs 1.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 412.15 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 84.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 1373.33 per cent at Rs 3.82 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.30 crore).
