Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a leading provider of digital experience and BPM services, has announced the opening of a new intelligent experience hub in Manila, Philippines, further strengthening its global delivery capabilities.

Located in Manila’s prime business district, the new hub consolidates HGS teams across the city into a single, technology-driven workspace designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The facility has an initial capacity of 1,500 seats, expandable to 3,000 employees across two shifts.

As part of its expansion, HGS plans to create over 1,000 new jobs within 24 months in the areas of business services and digital transformation, reaffirming its long-term commitment to the Philippines.

According to Giridhar GV, CEO – APAC and Global CHRO, the hub represents the company’s vision of blending human expertise with AI and empathy-driven innovation to deliver personalized, intelligent experiences for clients worldwide.

This development follows the Letter of Intent (LOI) signed earlier this year with the Philippine government to expand HGS’s local operations. With this launch, HGS now operates two centers in Manila and four facilities across the Philippines.
