Raasi Refrac. - Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulation,2015 - Appointment Of Secretarial Auditor

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015,the shareholders at its 43rd Annual General Meeting held on 30th September,2025 has appointed M/s BPK Associates, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for the period of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of 43rd AGM till the conclusion of the 48th AGM to be held in year 2030.
