IFB Agro Indus - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 -

In continuation to our earlier letter dated 11th November, 2024, on the subject matter we would like to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, and in terms of the approval granted by the Board of Directors of the Company the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company namely IFB Agro Marine (FZE) formally registered at Sharjah International Airport engaged in the business of trading Marine Sea Food has been voluntarily liquidated/closed w.e.f 30th September, 2025 along with its Representative Office in Dubai.
