No.CO:CS:RC:2025-26:125 dated July 31, 2025, please note that Ms. Anuradha T.P. ceased to be the Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Bank with effect from close of business hours on September 16, 2025. \r\n\r\nMr. Krishna Ramasankaran shall take charge as the CIA of the Bank with effect from opening of the business hours on September 17, 2025, for a period of three (3) years. The Bank wish him all the best for his new assignment. He shall continue to be the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Bank. \r\n\r\nThe Bank places on record its appreciation for the commitment and exemplary contribution made by \r\nMs. Anuradha T.P. during her tenure and wish her very best for all her future endeavours.\r\n\r\nPlease take note of the above in compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations and circulars, if any, of the SEBI Listing Regulations. \r\n
