Octaware Technologie - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

We would like to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 06th September 2025 has duly approved the appointment of M/s. Aabid & Co. Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the company for the term of 5 (Five) consecutive years with effect from April 01, 2025 till the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held in the Financial Year 2030.
