Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/09/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To take on record and deliberate upon the Letter of Intent (LOI) received from Telexcell\r\nTrade PTE LTD, Singapore, for a proposed acquisition of up to 25% equity stake in\r\nWelcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. at an indicative price of Rs. 20 per share (a substantial premium over the prevailing market price).
