Happiest Minds Technologies wins Triple Recognition at Brandon Hall Awards 2025

Happiest Minds Technologies Limited, an AI-led digital engineering and “Mindful IT” company, has won three awards at the Brandon Hall Group Awards 2025 for Excellence in Learning and Development, in partnership with its learning collaborator NIIT StackRoute. The recognition highlights the company’s commitment to fostering a culture of growth, transformation and people-first capability building.

The company’s Architecting for Change program won the Gold Award in the category Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy. Its S.H.I.F.T. program for Business Analysts earned a Bronze Award for Best Talent Mobility Program, while the LEAD program for Delivery Managers received a Bronze in Best Senior Manager Development Program.
