Rajshree Polypack Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Intimation of Book Closure pursuant to Section 91 of Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ', pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 20, 2025 to Friday, September 26, 2025 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.
