Axis Bank withdraws Arjun Chowdhry’s nomination from Axis Max Life board

Axis Bank Ltd has withdrawn the nomination of Mr. Arjun Chowdhry from the Board of Directors of Axis Max Life Insurance Ltd, a material subsidiary of the company, effective September 1, 2025.

Following the withdrawal, Mr. Chowdhry has resigned from the board of Axis Max Life. The company has notified its Board of Directors and submitted the disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India.
