Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, Register of members and Share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday 19th September 2025 to 25th September (both days inclusive) for taking record of the members of the company for the purpose of 59th AGM.
