Fone4 Communication - Intimation Of Revised Dates Of Book Closure For Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to Regulation 42 and all other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 17th September, 2025 to 23rd September, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 11th Annual General Meeting of Fone4 Communications (India) Limited ('the Company') to be held on Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 at 03:00 P.M.
