We wish to inform you that the 16th AGM of Maestros Electronics & Telecommunication System Limited ('the Company') will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 03:30 P.M. at Majestic Court Sarovar Portico, X-5/2, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai 400710. \r\n\r\nIn terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 and Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Annual Report of Maestros Electronics & Telecommunication System Limited (\Company\) for the Financial Year 2024-2025 (\Annual Report\) along with the Notice of the 16th Annual General Meeting (\AGM\) is enclosed herewith.
