EPL L - Final Dividend

The 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, through Video Conferencing. The Company has fixed Tuesday, September 2, 2025, as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of Members of the Company for payment of Final Dividend and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company would be closed from Wednesday, September 3, 2025 up to Tuesday, September 9, 2025 (both days inclusive).
