The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.24 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.34 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 49.22 per cent at Rs 7.77 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 54.08 per cent to Rs 7.04 crore from Rs 15.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2533.33 per cent to Rs 0.73 crore as against Rs -0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4395.45 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 208.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
