The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 590.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.94 per cent at Rs 101.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 79.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.20 per cent to Rs 98.07 crore from Rs 78.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 96.97 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.65 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 307.79 per cent to Rs 3.14 crore as against Rs 0.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 222.92 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 47.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.43 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.46 crore).
