The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.42 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 0.18 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.92 per cent at Rs 12.61 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.63 per cent to Rs 14.72 crore from Rs 16.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 530.00 per cent at Rs 3.78 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7133.33 per cent to Rs -2.11 crore as against Rs 0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8071.43 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 215.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.83 crore
