The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.33 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.14 per cent at Rs 69.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 72.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.55 per cent to Rs 66.08 crore from Rs 71.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 78.57 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 111.49 per cent to Rs 3.13 crore as against Rs 1.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 123.76 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 34.48 per cent at Rs 0.78 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.58 crore).
