The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 94.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.34 per cent at Rs 69.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 58.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.83 per cent to Rs 69.79 crore from Rs 56.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 98.86 per cent at Rs 1.75 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.88 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 95.86 per cent to Rs 0.07 crore as against Rs 1.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 96.58 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 34.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation decreased by 54.84 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.62 crore).
