The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.43 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 63.11 per cent at Rs 19.94 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 62.35 per cent to Rs 19.06 crore from Rs 50.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 74.34 per cent to Rs 0.88 crore as against Rs 3.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.08 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation decreased by 47.19 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.89 crore).
