Cybele Industries Lt - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Even though I given resignation letter with the Company on 09.08.2025 the effective date of resignation considered on 30.08.2025 in the board meeting passed on 12.08.2025. So that I didn't filed announcement under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 in the PDF & XBRL Forms. But I already intimated to BSE my resignation in the outcome of board meeting itself held on 12.08.2025. I will work in this Company until business closing hours on 30.08.2025.
