The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 67.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 41.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 65.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.66 per cent at Rs 259.12 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 225.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.02 per cent to Rs 212.48 crore from Rs 181.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 124.02 per cent at Rs 48.12 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 21.48 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.02 per cent to Rs 46.64 crore as against Rs 44.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.40 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 12.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.79 per cent at Rs 19.48 crore (Jun'24 Rs 17.12 crore).
