The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.27 per cent at Rs 123.39 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 110.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.35 per cent to Rs 114.70 crore from Rs 102.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 21.49 per cent at Rs 1.47 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.25 per cent to Rs 8.69 crore as against Rs 8.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.34 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 1.51 per cent at Rs 2.02 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.99 crore).
