Gold prices in the national capital dropped by Rs 500 to ?1,01,020 per 10 grams on Wednesday, weighed down by sustained selling from stockists, according to the All India Sarafa Association.
In the previous session, gold of 99.9% purity had settled at Rs 1,01,520 per 10 grams. Similarly, gold of 99.5% purity also fell by Rs 500 to Rs 1,00,600 per 10 grams (inclusive of all taxes).
Silver prices, however, traded flat during the session.
