The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 88.65 per cent at Rs 46.20 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 94.54 per cent to Rs 44.18 crore from Rs 22.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 88.89 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.92 per cent to Rs 2.01 crore as against Rs 1.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 39.94 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 158.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.80 crore, while Taxation decreased by 120.00 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
