The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.37 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.46 per cent at Rs 102.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 126.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.06 per cent to Rs 100.51 crore from Rs 125.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 1.90 per cent at Rs 1.55 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.58 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 44.07 per cent to Rs 1.70 crore as against Rs 1.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 79.57 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 8.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 300.00 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.09 crore).
