The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 28.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.71 per cent at Rs 516.70 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 513.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.92 per cent to Rs 484.38 crore from Rs 470.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 22.92 per cent at Rs 1.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.44 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.79 per cent to Rs 32.32 crore as against Rs 42.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.30 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.85 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.46 per cent at Rs 6.78 crore (Jun'24 Rs 9.75 crore).
