The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.14 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 0.22 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.45 per cent at Rs 11.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.97 per cent to Rs 10.65 crore from Rs 11.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3.57 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.92 per cent to Rs 0.41 crore as against Rs 0.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.84 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 20.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.49 crore, while Taxation decreased by 150.00 per cent at Rs -0.04 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.08 crore).
