The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 142.49 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 212.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.88 per cent at Rs 283.90 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 354.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 52.86 per cent to Rs 81.52 crore from Rs 53.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 31.98 per cent at Rs 43.29 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 32.80 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 32.76 per cent to Rs 202.38 crore as against Rs 301.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.09 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 15.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.59 per cent at Rs 48.20 crore (Jun'24 Rs 71.50 crore).
