The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 17.31 crore compared to net loss of Rs 12.11 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 24.31 per cent at Rs 25.68 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.62 per cent to Rs 39.12 crore from Rs 63.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 12.27 per cent at Rs 42.18 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 37.57 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 54.90 per cent to Rs -13.44 crore as against Rs -29.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.39 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 42.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.78 per cent at Rs 0.85 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.13 crore).
