The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.07 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 197.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 768.61 per cent at Rs 11.90 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 864.22 per cent to Rs 10.51 crore from Rs 1.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 52.63 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 396.43 per cent to Rs 1.39 crore as against Rs 0.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 43.63 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 528.57 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.07 crore).
