The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 72.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.67 per cent at Rs 98.81 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 86.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.28 per cent to Rs 96.85 crore from Rs 84.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 186.67 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.73 per cent to Rs 1.97 crore as against Rs 1.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.61 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 86.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.55 crore, while Taxation increased by 180.95 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.21 crore).
