The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.27 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 205.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 125.00 per cent at Rs 142.20 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 125.94 per cent to Rs 129.51 crore from Rs 57.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 115.65 per cent to Rs 12.68 crore as against Rs 5.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.19 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 1.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.63 crore, while Taxation increased by 215.38 per cent at Rs 2.46 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.78 crore).
