The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 56.56 per cent at Rs 22.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.29 per cent to Rs 22.30 crore from Rs 14.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 17.91 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.67 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.11 per cent to Rs -0.24 crore as against Rs -0.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 42.78 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 34.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
