The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.42 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.06 per cent at Rs 47.54 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.27 per cent to Rs 44.20 crore from Rs 36.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 82.35 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.54 per cent to Rs 3.34 crore as against Rs 2.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.50 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 34.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.18 crore).
