The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.17 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.62 per cent at Rs 303.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 223.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.25 per cent to Rs 274.12 crore from Rs 199.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 440.00 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.09 per cent to Rs 29.46 crore as against Rs 24.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.93 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 28.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.44 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.02 crore).
