The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.14 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 66.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.37 per cent at Rs 12.56 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.99 per cent to Rs 12.58 crore from Rs 10.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 452.63 per cent at Rs 1.05 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 101.38 per cent to Rs -0.02 crore as against Rs 1.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 101.45 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 222.22 per cent at Rs -0.11 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.09 crore).
