The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 63.67 per cent at Rs 26.05 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 71.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 63.33 per cent to Rs 22.69 crore from Rs 61.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 53.33 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 65.85 per cent to Rs 3.36 crore as against Rs 9.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.98 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 33.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.82 crore, while Taxation decreased by 81.33 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.25 crore).
