The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 72.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 68.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.20 per cent at Rs 666.70 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 646.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.58 per cent to Rs 575.30 crore from Rs 555.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 30.28 per cent at Rs 18.50 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 14.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.88 per cent to Rs 91.40 crore as against Rs 90.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.21 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.81 per cent at Rs 22.50 crore (Jun'24 Rs 22.10 crore).
