The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.34 per cent at Rs 52.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 51.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.87 per cent to Rs 47.88 crore from Rs 47.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.80 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.57 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.85 per cent to Rs 4.99 crore as against Rs 4.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.42 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 14.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 44.23 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.04 crore).
