The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 98.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 64.66 per cent at Rs 14.73 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 41.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 56.52 per cent to Rs 17.18 crore from Rs 39.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 120.27 per cent at Rs 6.41 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.91 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 212.90 per cent to Rs -2.45 crore as against Rs 2.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 419.23 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 72.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 600.00 per cent at Rs -1.05 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.15 crore).
