Pentokey Organy - Board Meeting Intimation for Intimation Of The Board Meeting Scheduled To Be Held On Monday, 11Th August, 2

Pentokey Organy India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and isclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations'), it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 11th August, 2025 to, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025.\r\nFurther, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which is currently closed in\r\npursuance of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,\r\n2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading shall reopen 48 hours\r\nafter the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 become generally\r\navailable.
