The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 39.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 41.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.69 per cent at Rs 209.93 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 191.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.53 per cent to Rs 170.29 crore from Rs 152.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8.40 per cent at Rs 18.46 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 17.03 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.43 per cent to Rs 39.64 crore as against Rs 38.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.63 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 9.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.53 per cent at Rs 13.56 crore (Jun'24 Rs 10.55 crore).
