The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 153.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 45.93 per cent at Rs 40.45 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 50.26 per cent to Rs 32.87 crore from Rs 66.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.71 per cent at Rs 2.00 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.91 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.82 per cent to Rs 10.71 crore as against Rs 8.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 127.10 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 36.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.55 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.85 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
