The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.33 per cent at Rs 73.46 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 58.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.40 per cent to Rs 61.94 crore from Rs 49.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 565.79 per cent at Rs 2.53 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 37.80 per cent to Rs 11.52 crore as against Rs 8.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.04 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 405.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.63 crore, while Taxation increased by 42.22 per cent at Rs 2.56 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.80 crore).
