Tata Motors - Change In Chief Executive Officer Of Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Plc, UK, A Material Subsidiary Of Tata Motors

The Board of Directors of JLR at its meeting held today has approved the appointment of Mr P B Balaji to succeed Mr Adrian Mardell, as the CEO of JLR , when he retires upon completion of his contract. Mr P B Balaji will be joining in this role from November 2025.
